We have been building high quality buildings from the very start, using sustainable materials. In addition, we focus a great deal of attention on sealing seams and cracks in the buildings. We also measure the latter by performing a blower door test and a thermographic survey, thus creating an important foundation for lower operating expenses during the entire lifespan of the buildings.
In the process, we naturally pay a great deal of attention to 3D design using BIM, and even 4D by using the Holland Virtueel software.
