We are one of the few developers in the southern Netherlands who are allowed to use the Keurmerk Klantgericht Bouwen (Quality Mark for Client-Oriented Construction) because client satisfaction surveys over recent years have shown that the quality of our services and deliveries is excellent. The foundation Stichting Klantgericht Bouwen is an initiative from Bouwend Nederland (an association of construction companies) and Vereniging Eigen Huis (Home-Owners' Association). Furthermore, all our houses are delivered with a GIW warranty certificate (Garantie Instituut Woningbouw = National Home Warranty Institute).
