Hendriks Bouw en Ontwikkeling is a financially stable and developing building company, with offices in Oss and 's Hertogenbosch. Its annual turnover is more than 110 million euros. Hendriks Bouw en Ontwikkeling (Construction and Development) comprises four operating companies, namely Hendriks Projectontwikkeling (Project Development), Hendriks Bouwbedrijf (Construction Company), Hendriks Installatietechniek (Installation Technology) and Hendriks Onderhoud en Beheer (Maintenance and Management).

We have about 300 staff and concentrate on building residential accommodation, primarily independently but sometimes in building consortiums as well. We have managed to build up an excellent reputation, particularly when it comes to innovative housing development that provides a real talking point.
