Learning at Hendriks Bouw en Ontwikkeling BV
Hendriks Bouw en Ontwikkeling focuses a great deal of attention on training young people in construction and installation technology. It has been certified by Fundeon and Kenteq as a company at which the following training courses are offered:
- Carpenter construction site assistant
- Brick layer construction site assistant
- Carpenter (levels 2 and 3)
- Brick layer (levels 2 and 3)
- Middle management construction officer
- Assistant civil and commercial-industrial construction supervisor
- Installation technology assembly assistant
- Residential construction installation mechanic
The participants are employed by the company at which they follow the training course and they gain their practical experience at our company. During the on-the-job training, participants are under supervision of our teachers who teach them the tricks of the trade. The teachers take the refresher courses every year in order to stay up-to-date.
We consider the participants as our own employees; they also receive our personnel magazine and participate in the activities organised by the staff association.
After successful conclusion of the training course, participants have the option of entering employment at Hendriks Bouw en Ontwikkeling, for example as a carpenter or bricklayer, on the basis of the Building Industry Collective Employment Agreement, or as an installation mechanic.
