In addition, the careers policy provides training that is targeted at possible future positions. The 'Lifelong Learning' theme is a key aspect at all levels within the organisation. Training programmes are set up in consultation with the Personnel and Organisation department both for individuals and for departments or particular job functions.
Professional+:
There is a training programme for building site staff, tackling not only the professional content but also skills such as dimensioning and communication. The job of a trained Professional+ staff member encompasses a key role as the right-hand man of the site foreman.
Coaching:
As well as education and training, personal coaching can be part of your individual development programme. Coaches are used for helping management staff (or prospective management staff) develop aspects such as their leadership skills.
