Depending on your previous education and your ambitions, you can get down to work with a concrete, individual career plan. You follow additional training courses and get proper personal coaching that lets you prepare for a technical management function in e.g. work planning, calculation or work execution at the construction or the installation technology company.

The challenge: during your period as a trainee, you have to acquire the widest possible experience within the various departments and disciplines. The content: Within about eighteen months, you go through the various departments both at the office (work planning and purchasing, calculation, purchasing supervision and project development) and outside on the building sites (execution/work organisation) and you get to know the organisation and working methods of Hendriks very thoroughly. You gain insights into the business operations and gain experience in managing projects. During this process, proper supervision and regular assessment interviews provide the guarantee that you will be able to make the right choice at the end of it all.
